Grief, empathy, not being a dick. Dealing with people and all their messiness. He's actually pretty avoidant, but eventually, kinda late, poking around the mattress store to find her. Approaching, not actually running his goddamn mouth for once, and just putting a cup of ice cream beside her head.]
